TRAINING

Xone’s policy is ensure that all personnel are trained to the extent necessary to competently and efficiently undertake their assigned responsibilities, and every employee is encouraged to make the most of additional learning opportunities.  Security Officers are trained and evaluated regularly in Basic Fire Fighting Skills, First Aid, and Occupational Health & Safety.  Leaders on sites are trained in Communication, Administration, Computer Literacy, Report Writing, Investigative and Incident Skills.  Specific posts, such as Control Room Operation, are trained according to the specific requirements of the role.
